The Tactical Operations Conference (TOC) is an annual training event conducted by the ATOA. This event facilitates our membership gathering on annual basis for networking, training, competition and fellowship. The Tactical Team Tournament (T3) has grown to be the showpiece of the TOC's, bragging rights are important in the state of Alabama. The first TOC was held in 2005 in Pelham. This page will chronicle the TOC's history.
